The Scenario:
The Oklahoma Arts Council needed a way to make $10M in grant funding feel personal and urgent. By spotlighting grassroots stories of artists, educators and entrepreneurs, we created an emotional connection to the arts’ economic and cultural impact, driving advocacy and policy wins. The project required:
Storytelling that bridged urban and rural divides.
Proof of impact to justify future funding.
Emotional resonance to shift perceptions of the arts as "non-essential".
